Today, we are releasing NEGATIVITY and embracing God’s Love for us.
Our Lent Booklet Invites us today to release and let go of NEGATIVITY.
Some days negative thoughts seem to overwhelm me. I find myself judging, replaying past mistakes, and getting lost in negative self-talk. I get caught up in the negativity around me and lose sight of what truly matters.
But when I pause and close my eyes, I remember that I can choose to shift my focus. I go within, focus on my breath, and listen to the still, small voice that reminds me all is well. With each inhale and exhale, I reconnect with the peace of God.
As I sit in the Silence, I watch my negative thoughts drift away like passing clouds. I open my eyes to the smile of a loved one, the kindness of a stranger, or a gorgeous sunset. I begin to cherish the limitless beauty in my world. —Sara Crawford
We can choose to embrace ourselves by saying: I release negative thoughts and embrace peace within.
Rule No17 invite us today to realise, that all that we consider evil actually exists within us.
Daily contemplative task: Today, I invite you to contemplate on the rule, the text above, and the quote below. In your meditation, I would like you to contemplate on your personal evil. What are those (limiting) thoughts that generate anger or fear in you. Release them into God’s Loving, into the Oneness.

Personally, I think it is important to find the True meaning behind the word ‘LOVE’, understand it and experience it as a Spiritual Quality inherently within us.
I am going to walk this 40-day Lenten journey contemplating on the True meaning of Love, Divine Love, Spiritual Love for me by experimenting with the 40 rules and quotes from the Lent Booklet. Every day, between
the 5th of March to the 21 April 2025,
I will post a ‘rule’ from the book ’40 rules of Love’ and an a release idea from the book ’40 days of Rebirth and Renewal – Lent 2025′ by Unity.org. Then, we will contemplate on it and share about it in the UNITY EUROPE Facebook Group (CLICK HERE).
