Today, we are releasing confusion and embracing God’s Love for us.
Our Lent Booklet Invites us today to release and let go of confusion.
Releasing confusion is often said to be a matter of reconnecting with our inner knowing. When confusion arises, it’s a sign that we’ve lost touch with our inner guidance or the divine presence within us.
To dispel confusion, we must be willing to take the time to reestablish this connection. Often, sharing our thoughts with a loved one who listens with unconditional love and understanding can help us find the answers within ourselves.
Once we remember that our connection to our inner knowing dispels confusion, we can take action to reconnect and find clarity. —Rev. Suzanne Carter
We can choose to embrace ourselves by saying: “I reconnect with the divine presence within and find clarity on what to do.”.
Rule No5 invites us today to look at the meaning of words. If we truly want to know the meaning of a word for us, we must let go of the understanding of a word by others and find it for ourselves in the silence. E.g. many people find the word God difficult to use because the meaning of God is associated with a religion and its dogmas. But the meaning of the word God can only be understood through the experience of God in the silence of meditation and prayer.
Today, I invite you to contemplate on the Rule No5 and the quote below. Let me know how practicing releasing confusion worked for you.

Daily contemplative task: I would like to invite you to contemplate on the meaning of a few words such as God, responsibility, Loving, peace, and such. Move into meditation and look at what meanings the words come with from the world. Then let them go and listen within. Gain clarity on the true meaning of these word for YOU!

Personally, I think it is important to find the True meaning behind the word ‘LOVE’, understand it and experience it as a Spiritual Quality inherently within us.
I am going to walk this 40-day Lenten journey contemplating on the True meaning of Love, Divine Love, Spiritual Love for me by experimenting with the 40 rules and quotes from the Lent Booklet. Every day, between
the 5th of March to the 21 April 2025,
I will post a ‘rule’ from the book ’40 rules of Love’ and an a release idea from the book ’40 days of Rebirth and Renewal – Lent 2025′ by Unity.org. Then, we will contemplate on it and share about it in the UNITY EUROPE Facebook Group (CLICK HERE).
